Dog Walking
We have split our dog walking service into three times:
30 minutes
1 hour
2 hours
You can choose the time limit you would like us to spend walking and exercising your dogs, but for small dogs we do recommend a shorter walk, and for those dogs with too much energy i.e. collies, we would recommend more time to tire them out.
If we think your dog would benefit from mental stimulation more than physical stimulation, then we would use other methods, as well as a walk, to entertain your dogs and these would be included in the time allocated to walk your dog.
Before we venture out of the house it would be appreciated if you could warn us of any behavioural problems your dog might have, e.g. the dog needs controlling using a different collar, or it needs a muzzle to prevent it eating things on the floor, or because it can be fearful and snap at other dogs.
Not knowing what a dog is like can cause accidents if the behaviour is unexpected and could cause the dog to be rushed to the vets or cause injury to ourselves.
We walk dogs in nearly all weather conditions. If we believe that the weather is too bad to go out in, i.e. horizontal rain, then it is up to you whether we come round and entertain your dog with mental stimulation, or we cancel the walk and refund your money.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance by the owner to qualify for a full refund, any cancellations made after this time will result in a reduced sum being refunded or no refund depending on how close to the time of the service.
*Cancellations by Animal Antix can be made up to 2 hours before services, any cancellations made by ourselves result in a complete refund.
